FOUNDER
A Decade of Floristry, A Lifetime of Passion .
Janique has been working with flowers for over a decade, but ask her what drives her and she won’t mention floristry first. She’ll mention her children. Her husband. The look on a bride’s face when she sees her bouquet for the first time.
That’s what this has always been about for Janique — not the flowers themselves, but what they mean to the people holding them. She built BLOM Bespoke on a simple belief: that our stories are all different, but every one of us deserves to bloom.
She is meticulous, warm and quietly determined. She’ll work through a colour palette with the same care she’d give a loved one, and she won’t stop until every detail feels exactly right.

Florals, Timelines & a Dash of Sass
Part creative director, part built-in maid of honour, part bride’s bodyguard — Gillian is the person making sure your flowers are perfect, your timeline runs smoothly, and nobody stresses the bride out before the ceremony.
She has an eye for beautiful details and an obsession with getting things exactly right. From florals and styling to fixing veils, calming nerves, and keeping everything on track, Gillian brings equal parts creativity, organisation, and chaos control to every wedding day.
Her favourite flower? Orchids. Elegant, dramatic, and a little bit high maintenance — which honestly feels on brand.

Weddings Are My World, Flowers Are My Language
What started as freelancing quickly turned into something much bigger — and five years later, Tracy has become one of the irreplaceable hearts of the Blom Bespoke team.
She brings more than just beautiful florals to every wedding and event. Tracy brings the energy. The playlists. The dance breaks during setup. The kind of presence that keeps spirits high even during the busiest prep days.
Creative, warm, and always ready to jump in wherever needed, she approaches every arrangement with excitement and care, treating each wedding as something unique and personal. Her love for floristry shines through in every detail she touches, and her positive spirit is woven into every celebration she helps create.

She brings a calm energy that’s hard to put into words but impossible to miss. You’ll find her at the end of a long setup day with a smile that says she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Cindy is the first to raise her hand and the first to lend it. She’ll tell you she’s part-time on paper — but her heart has been fully in this industry from the very beginning.
Whether she’s prepping blooms before dawn or jumping in wherever she’s needed, Cindy brings the kind of energy that lifts a whole team. She genuinely loves what she does — and it shows.
